I was totally tempted to make the comparison that both NBC and Jon Bon Jovi seem a bit past their prime.

My favorite part of all of this is the fact that this wasn’t even NBC’s idea! It was Bon Jovi’s manager’s idea! And yet, when NBC heard it, they were like, “Oh hey! Yeah! That’s really smart! Where do we sign?”

This just has all the marks of something that, on the surface, seems like a logical business decision, but in reality is a really terrible idea (for a lot of reasons).

And yes–Bon Jovi on Inside the Actor’s Studio is incredibly laughable.

Some random kid whose in his high school production of Grease?!]) soundtrack as their Artist in Residence. I think it’s time that Jeff Zucker get an intervention (and hey, bonus! Intervention, as an A&E show, is co-owned by NBC Universal, so they can broadcast it!)
