We’re used to citation systems in academia, but seem to have difficulty in bringing that expertise over to the world of the Internet. Both were Welsh – just not born there.

I lived half of my adult life in Wales, but it’s hard to ‘be’ Welsh simply as an immigrant, since Wales doesn’t have its own citizenship.

By the way, neither of the candidates for the top job in Australia was born there – Tony Abbott was born in England. His election mantra is “Stop the Boats.” Too late, we may fear.

Isn’t migration wonderful!
